摘要本文研究总结了国内外并联机床的发展现状及存在的问题,以BJ-04-02(A)型交叉杆式并联机床为研究对象,利用CAD/CAM软件UG建立机床的1:1三维实体模型;采用通用型有限元分析软件Patran/Nastran对典型传动件丝杠进行柔性化处理,建立丝杠的有限元模型,并生成模态中性文件(MNF);将三维CAD模型导入动力学分析软件ADAMS,建立并联机床的刚体动力学模型,结合典型实例对其动力学性能进行分析;利用软件自身的刚柔耦合平台,协同导入薄弱传动件丝杠的MNF文件,建立并联机床的刚柔耦合多体动力学模型。对比分析结果表明刚柔耦合多体动力学模型能更加真实的体现出并联机床动力学系统机构间耦合、时变、非线性的特点,能够为并联机床的动态结构设计和误差分析提供更加全面、准确的理论依据。47293

ABSTRACT This dissertation summarizes the development status of parallel machine tools and the problems in researching in country and outside, In order to study the BJ-04-02(A) cross-rod parallel machine, use CAD/CAM software UG build 1:1 solid model of the machine; With the help of finite element analysis software Patran/Nastran, flexible treatment the ball screw and establish the finite element model of it, output the modal neutral file(MNF) after related calculation; Import the 3D-model of machine into dynamics analysis software ADAMS to establish the rigid body dynamics model of parallel machine tool, analyse the machine's dynamic performance based on a typical example;Make use of ADAMS's rigid-flexible coupling platform, import the MNF file of ball screw and then the rigid-flexible-coupling-multi-body dynamics model of the parallel machine tool established. Contrast analysis showed that the rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamics model can reflect the parallel-machine's characteristics like coupling,time-varying and non-linear etc, and then we can get more comprehensive and precise theoretical basis for the dynamic structure design and error analysis of the machine.
