    摘要:在我国的电力工业中,煤电约占总发电量的四分之三,电力工业每年耗煤约2.9亿吨。我国的动力用煤往往煤质较差,而且煤质多变。在燃烧中常见的问题是燃烧不稳定,特别是由于电力工业对调峰的要求提高,要求锅炉在较低负荷下运行时问题更加突出。本次设计的是300MW电站锅炉直流煤粉燃烧器系统,论文首先通过对所给煤种进行的工业分析,确定了煤种实际的发热量、锅炉的基本参数、理论空气量和烟气量,并最终确定了炉膛燃料消耗量等;然后,计算炉膛的结构尺寸,先假定炉膛的容积热负荷和截面热负荷,计算出炉膛的容积和截面积以及炉膛的主体高度,并根据煤种特性来初步选定煤粉燃烧器的类型和布置方式,针对燃烧煤种和锅炉容量选择合适的制粉系统;最后,计算燃烧器的出力,确定一、二次风的风量,在此基础上,最终确定出燃烧器的喷口截面尺寸和燃烧器的阻力。具体得到的计算结果是:一次风喷口截面积0.153m2,二次风喷口截面积0.327m2,燃烧器的高度9.82m,一次风道阻力368.09Pa,二次风道阻力506.00Pa。36113

    The Design Of 300MW Power Plant Boiler Pulverized Coal Burner System
    Abstract: In our power industry, coal electricity accounts for about 3/4 of total power generation, and the power industry consumes about 2.9 tons of coal annually. The power coal in our country is often poor, and the coal quality is changeable. Secondly, calculating the structure size of the furnace. By assuming volumetric heat load and sectional heat load, we can calculate the volume and cross -sectional area and the main body altitude of the furnace. And next according to the coal properties, preliminary select the type and arrangement of the burner. Finally choosing the appropriate milling system on the basis of the coal properties and the boiler capacity. When all the work above is finished, it is possible to calculate the output of the burner and the volume of primary air and secondary air. At this point we can determine the section size of the burner nozzle and the resistance of the burner definitively. The specific result is that the section sizes of of the burner nozzle of the primary air and secondary air are 0.153m2 and 0.327m2, and the height of the burner is 9.82m, and the duct resistance of the primary air and secondary air are 368.09Pa and 560.00Pa.
