    通过这次对于冷拔航空结构管工艺设计的毕业设计,我遵循实事求是的原则,虽然在设计的过程中绕了很多的弯路,但通过这些弯路让我更完整具体地了解了整个无缝钢管的生产工艺流程和具体细节,并且培养了我独立思考和解决问题的能力。

    General  Instruction
    The task of graduation design is to design reference to the production process of small-caliber heavy wall pipe for manufacturers, to install the necessarily assistant equipment, meanwhile, to specifically assign the equipment in the factory area of Shanghai Steel Tube Co., Ltd. Main products are cold drawing aviation tubes with finished size of Φ 100.5mm, and product standards is YBT 681-1997 .This product have a large market, but little domestic manufacturers is able to product. Shanghai Steel Tube Co., Ltd. , a senior domestic manufacturers of steel pipes, has mature technology and production capacity. The significance of this design is to cultivate their independent ability to complete the design process and can provide a reference to the production of this product.
    The production of cold drawing seamless tube takes the process of hot rolling + cold drawing. The most prominent feature of the process is the adoption of the near-end processing methods, which includes forming to produce size in the part of hot rolling and then producing tubes with less times cold drawing. However, the way of this production leads to an increase in the difficulties of  Piercing and shell elongation, and in the pressure on the rolling bearing and motor ability. So the design is focused mainly on the part of the hot check parameters.
    Hot-roll production equipment in Shanghai Steel Tube Co., Ltd. are used in the part of hot rolling. perforation equipment takes the latest skew machine in Shanghai Steel Tube Co., Ltd., with the species puncher roll angle and crushed rolling forward angle. Tapered roller diameter along the direction of perforation exports gradually increases, which causes high efficiency of puncher piercing and Improves metal deformation and kinematic conditions. It also can roll out the capillary with internal fewer defects, surface quality and  thickness uniformity, lead to less consumption of tools , and can achieve great extension and the expanding volume of perforation. Pipe Mill use Roll mill for capillary extension, which rolls capillary tube with long mandrel. The mill similar to the two roller rotary piercing mill is fixed guide plate into the initiative . As with long production mandrel, it has accurate dimensional, smooth wall, with no abrasions and a certain speed (less than capillary rolling speed), which reduces mandrel consumption. During making process systems, a set of deformation system, heating system, rolling speed system and rolling rhythm should be decided, simultaneously parameters of the calculation of the maximum pressure and rolling moment, checking biting, Roll strength and motor ability. Cold drawing process has empty brandy drawing, long sunk drawing, fixed short sunk drawing, floating sunk drawing and expanding drawing. Because of the  special size and precision of cold drawing hydraulic pipe, fixed short sunk drawing is used here. Drawing process, which should be resolved to determine drawing, choose pulling machine tonnage to develop a series of brandy tabulation process norms. The support process after drawing has the same effect on the quality of pipe, including Hammering, pipe pickling, heat treatment, such as lubrication.
    Finally, the technical and economic indicators should be decided to determine the hours of productivity, work time, Yield, effective working hours and staffing.Through a series of process design, the end-all technical difficulties is solved .Through check and states that calculation of the production is feasible.
    Through this tube for drawing hydraulic design of the curriculum design, I follow the principle of seeking truth from facts. Though in the process of designing around a lot of detours, but through these detours Let me be more specific understanding integrity of the entire production process of seamless steel pipe and concrete details, also training independent thinking and problem-solving abilities.
