在工农业生产和科学实验中,动态温度是一个非常重要的过程变量。随着科技的发展,动态温度无论是在生活方面还是军工领域都越来越受到重视,而热电偶是工程上应用最广泛的温度传感器之一。
本次设计选择的热电偶类型为K型热电偶,并设计了基于该热电偶的动态温度测试系统。硬件系统部分,选择以STM32为核心,结合热电偶放大器AD595和电压频率转换器AD654,实现信号的调理和采集。软件系统部分,下位机软件可以实现测量、显示、传输等功能。上位机软件可以实现数据传输、数据显示、数据存储、下位机控制等功能。
最后进行了整装实验。经过实验验证,在标定的温度范围内,测量精度可达到±1℃、响应时间可达到5ms左右,符合本次系统的设计要求。lf0052

Abstract
In the industrial and agricultural production and scientific experiments, dynamic temperature is a very important process variables.With the development of science and technology,the dynamic temperature in both life and military fields are more and more be taken seriously.And thermocouple is one of the most widely used temperature sensor on engineering.
In this paper, the K type thermocouple was selected for the design . Hardware system part, STM32 was choosed as the core, combined with the thermocouple amplifier AD595 and frequency converter AD654, to achieve the signal conditioning and collection. Software system part, the software of singlechip processor can realize the function of measurement, display, transmission and other functions independently. PC software can achieve data transmission, data display, data storage, the lower machine control and other functions.
Finally,the ready experiment was carried out. The experimental results show that the measurement accuracy can reach ±1℃ and the response time is about 5ms in the calibration temperature range,the requirements of test system is satisfied.
