    摘要：    随着现代人群生活水平的不断提高，人们购房需求越来越多，传统模式去各个中介店铺查看售房 租房信息的方式，伴随着高速发展的Internet，已经逐渐被取代，为了让人们能够了解更多的房屋信息，进行分类对比，因而我们开发了这套以中介角色介入的二手房屋信息发布系统。本系统采用ASP.NET 技术作为创建应用程序的方式，以C＃作为编程语言，采用SQL Server 数据库作为后台数据库。它是基于Browser/Server结构下形成的数据驱动的Web应用程序。本系统基本遵循了软件工程方法论进行系统分析、总体设计、详细设计和软件测试。实现了管理员对各种类型发布信息的检索，控制功能；实现了中介时时发布房屋的销售、出租信息；实现了会员发布求租、求购信息；实现了不同人群发现自己满意房源后可以在线留言等功能。24110
