摘要：电子文档在日常生活和工作中越来越普及，人工处理文档方法的效率非常低。而文档内容自动检查能够节省人工处理文档的时间提高工作效率。本设计主要包括两部分工作：文档内容检查方法的研究和文档内容自动检查系统的设计，其中，文档内容检查方法研究部分包括WORD文档结构分析和文档检查标准的设定等。本篇文档检查系统部分包括了总计设计和详细设计，其中详细设计包括文档提交模块、文档查询模块、文档审核模块、文档检查模块和文档导出模块。该系统提供了直观方便的操作界面，能够提高文档处理的效率，同时该系统设计时采用了封装的概念，可以很好地扩展到不同平台。20000

The Design and Implementation of Document Content InspectionSystem
Abstract:Electronic documents are becoming more and more popular in daily life and work, while it is very low efficient to process these documentsmanually. Automatic document content inspectioncan save the document processing time and improve the efficiencyof our work. This design mainly includes two parts: research on the method of automatic document content inspection and how to realize a system according to the method.This first part mainly includes the analysis of WORD document structure, document inspectionstandard setting, and so on. The system developmentconsists of the overall design and detailed design. Particularly, the inspection system consists of document submission module, document query module, document audit module, document inspection module and the document export module. The inspection system provides a convenient operating interface, which can improve the efficiency of document processing. In addition the system is developed using packaging technology and can be extended to other platform.

1.1 选题背景
伴随的现在当代的计算机技术发展，给越来越多的人们很多很多的便捷，就例如人们可以用互联网来做以前想都不敢想的事情，可以上网聊天，用来教育，或者玩游戏，而且在各个领域里面都可以用计算机来节省很多很多的时间和提高很多很多的效率。但是 在文档的处理上面，没有很好的系统来完成这样的一个功能，来检查文档的正确性，完整性，和格式的统一，我研究的课题就完成了这个使命。
