摘 要:驱蚊剂是被人们广泛用来驱赶蚊虫、防止蚊虫叮咬的特殊制剂,主要可分为化学驱蚊剂和天然驱蚊剂两种。本文主要就化学驱蚊剂的种类、合成和应用进行总结、研究与讨论。化学驱蚊剂有很多的种类,不同的种类,其功效也都不相同。N,N-二乙基间甲基苯甲酰胺,又称避蚊胺,是目前大家普遍认为最有效的广谱驱蚊剂,其缺点是保护时间短、有一定的毒副反应;一氯均三嗪-β-环糊精包合避蚊胺的驱蚊剂,常常被用于蚊帐、纱窗等纺织物品的防虫;R-301驱避剂是一种新型蚊虫驱避剂,被用于香皂、沐浴露、爽肤水等多种洗涤用品中,其优点是有很好的稳定性;丁基乙酰氨基丙酸乙酯,又称驱蚊酯,是一种无毒无刺激的环保型蚊虫驱避剂,其优点是驱蚊时间长。本文主要对这四种化学驱蚊剂的研究进展进行了综述,以期为驱蚊剂的研究与开发等提供科学的依据。67952

Abstract:mosquito repellents are widely used to repel mosquitoes and prevent mosquito bites, which can be pided into chemical repellents and natural repellent. There are many species of mosquito repellents with different efficacy. In this paper, the types, synthesis and application of research of chemical insect repellent are reviewed and discussed. N,N-Diethyl-m-toluamide (DEET) is widely recognized as the most effective broad-spectrum insect repellent, but the protection time is short and it has toxic side effects. The monochlorotriazine-β-cyclodextrin repellents can be used to textiles. R-301 repellent has good stability, which can be used in a variety of cleaning supplies. The repellent ester is a non-irritating, non-toxic, which is friendly to the environment and has long protection time. A research progress about these four chemical insect repellents, we think, will provide some scientific basis for the research and development of insect repellent.
