摘要哈龙灭火剂拥有高效的灭火性能,但是它对臭氧层有害,因而在各国停产,进而使哈龙替代科学与技术成为火灾安全领域国际前沿热点之一。与其他灭火介质相比,粉基灭火介质具有灭火时间短,便于长期存储,适合缺水地区和毒性低等优点,因此是一种理想的哈龙替代物。63642
本文选择同轴流动Cup Burner装置作为研究粉基灭火介质与扩散火焰相互作用过程的实验平台。根据实验需求,搭建了Cup Burner装置、输粉装置和测量装置,构成了研究粉基灭火介质与扩散火焰相互作用过程的实验平台。通过此实验装置对酒精/空气扩散火焰进行详细的研究。实验中通过观察Cup Burner火焰随着粉基灭火介质输运量的增加而出现变色、脉动以及最后熄灭的动态过程。
实验结果表明:Cup Burner火焰的熄灭为动态吹熄过程;扩散火焰的结构对粉基灭火介质的灭火性能有很大的影响。

Title Ultrafine dry powder and flame interaction research based on Cup Burner
Abstract Halon, as one of the most useful fire suppression agents, is harmful to the ozne layer. Many countries not use it as fire suppression agent for this reason. And the halon alternatives science and technology becomes one of the hotspots in the field of fire safety. Compared with other fire suppression agents, powderbased fire suppression agent is a good alternative because of their environmental compatibility, low cost and fast fire extinguishment.
The cup burner apparatus was selected in the researh combustion considering its flame strueture comparability. According to need of the experiment, the cup burner devices, the lose powder device and measuring devices were builded. Interactions of alcohol/air diffusion flames with powder agents were then investigated. We observed the dynamic process of the flame instability, color ehanging and extinguishing when the powder loading mass was inereased.
Experimental resaut showed that: the flame on the base of the Cup Burner is blowed off as dynamic process; the structure of diffusion flame has a great influce on fire extinguishing performance.
