摘要本文通过循环伏安法(CV)在0.5mol/L H2SO4条件下,成功合成了聚苯胺氧化钛纳米复合膜,通过试验CV曲线,在恒定的电位范围内,开始10圈时扫描的曲线并没有出现明显的氧化还原峰,这是因为开始时,反应需要一个较高的引发条件,一旦引发之后,电压即使调小,反应仍能进行;在固定的扫速范围下,曲线保持了较为一致的形状,这说明了产物能够快速地发生氧化还原反应,具有较为良好的电化学倍率特性,能作为以良好的充放电物质,具有良好的电化学性质;在中性条件下合成的产物CV曲线和酸性条件下合成的曲线保持较为一致的形状,说明实验结果是一致的,但是中性条件下的初始引发条件会比较苛刻,需要-0.3—1.3V的电位范围。通过提高初始电压,引发反应,之后在正常的-0.3-0.8V的条件下,我们合成了较为稳定的产物。63630

Title: Electro-chemical behavior of complex film of nano-crystalline TiO2/ Poly-aniline
Abstract In this research,we successfully synthesis PANI/TiO2 nanotube by use Cyclic voltammetry in 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 condition, Via CV curve we can’t find obvious redox peak , this is due to the reaction need a starting condition ,which requires a trigger phase. and once the reaction started , it will become a spontaneous step. In studying different current sweep speed, we find that all the curves keep a shape, it means that the product has a good behave in keeping ratio characteristic, can be used as a good charge-discharge electrode. And in neutral solution, we get a similar CV curve , that means the product in acid condition and in neutral condition has something in common, their have a similar property ,but the condition in neutral solution will need a higher trigger voltage ,that can be explained by the triggering condition is more harsh ,but in the contrast, we finally get the stable product in neutral condition.
