    摘要:本课题旨在以企业现有产品氯化亚铜为原料,经氧化得氯化铜,并以此为反应物铜源,制备醋酸铜,即以高纯氯化亚铜为原料,经过双氧水氧化,得到氯化铜溶液,并以此作为铜源,以碳酸钠溶液为沉淀剂,控制适宜的反应条件,得到碱式碳酸铜后,通过添加冰醋酸溶液后结晶过滤得到高纯度醋酸铜,其中母液循环利用可不断结晶,同时碳酸钠也较为便宜易得。考察了反应体系PH、搅拌时间、反应物浓度、反应温度、反应体系介质及添加剂对醋酸铜生产流程的影响。并依据小试工艺要求,进行概念性生产工艺设计,设计过程中,首先进行主要的物料衡算、热量衡算和设备计算,再根据工艺操作的要求和特点,参照相关工艺的资料,绘制工艺流程图,然后根据工艺计算结构设计的最终数据画出主要设备图,之后再进行设备选型,绘制车间布置图。 57961

     The Preparation and production of copper acetate

    Abstract: This paper aims to to the company's existing product cuprous chloride as raw materials, by oxidation of copper chloride, and taking the opportunity reactant copper source and preparation of copper acetate, with high purity of cuprous chloride as raw material, after the oxidation of hydrogen peroxide, copper chloride solution, and takes it as the source of copper, with sodium carbonate solution as the precipitating agent, optimum conditions of the reaction control, basic copper carbonate, by the addition of glacial acetic acid solution crystallizing, filtering obtained high purity copper acetate, which mother liquor recycling continuous crystallization, also sodium carbonate is relatively cheap and easy to get. The effects of PH, stirring time, reactant concentration, reaction temperature, reaction medium and additives on the production process of copper acetate were investigated. And according to the test process requirements, conceptual design of production process, calculation of the design process, first of all to the main material balance, heat balance and equipment, according to the requirements and characteristics of the operation process, with reference to the related process data, process flow diagram, then according to the process calculation of structure design of the final data to draw a map of major equipment, and then the selection of equipment, drawing workshop layout.
