摘要本文简述了氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)的发展历程,介绍了其基本的物理、化学性能和主要制备工艺,并概括了此类橡胶的应用领域情况。重点详细叙述了氢化丁腈橡胶在机械性能改性方面、耐环境性能改善方面及基于氢化丁腈橡胶共混合金方面的国内外研究现状:51928
(1)机械性能改性;主要研究了配合剂对HNBR拉伸强度、硬度、压缩变形和伸长率等方面的影响。
(2)耐环境性能改善:针对HNBR耐油、耐溶剂、耐老化方面进行研究并加以改善和提高。
(3)基于氢化丁腈橡胶的共混合金:主要研究HNBR/OMMT(蒙脱土)纳米复合材料的力学性能和热稳定性能。

ABSTRACT
This paper introduces the development process of hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR), introduces the preparation process of the basic physics, chemical properties and major preparation, and summarizes the application field of this kind of rubber. Focus on a detailed description of the hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber in the modification of mechanical properties, resistance to environmental performance improvement and based on hydrogenated nitrile rubber blend of gold in the domestic foreign research status:
(1):The influence of the matching agent on the tensile strength, hardness, compression deformation and elongation of HNBR were studied.
(2):The improvement of environmental resistance: research and improvement of HNBR oil resistance, solvent resistance and aging resistance.
(3):Based on hydrogenated nitrile rubber blends: the main research HNBR/OMMT (montmorillonite) was nano composite mechanical properties and thermal stability.
