    摘要本文在某底火的基础上,以半导体桥(简称SCB)作为換能元,设计了钝感电底火的两种SCB发火元件。通过恒流感度实验、1A1W5min实验和红外测温实验分别研究了两种样品的安全性能。此外,还通过电容放电实验,研究了两种样品的电爆性能。研究结果如下:51308

    (1)通过恒流感度实验,得到样品A的安全电流为I0.1%=1.815A,样品B的安全电流为I0.1%=1.769A,两者均大于桥丝式电底火的安全电流I0.1%=0.2A。可以得出该电底火器件的安全性能比桥丝式电底火的好,且样品A的安全性能更好。

    (2)通过1A1W5min实验可知,样品A经过1A1W5min实验后无变化,样品B实验后,药剂颜色变深且出现脱落的现象,但是电阻无显著变化。这表明,样品A可以通过1A1W5min实验,样品B在1A1W5min实验中药剂受到影响。此外,红外测温实验结果表明,样品A在恒流作用下安全性比样品B好。

    (3)通过电容放电实验,对比了经过1A1W5min实验和未经1A1W5min实验的样品的电爆性能,发现经过1A1W5min实验的样品A和未经1A1W5min实验的样品A在电爆过程中各参数没有显著变化。所以1A1W5min实验对样品A无显著影响。

    Title  Study on the safety performance of the insensitive electric primer     

    Abstract

    In the dissertation, semiconductor bridges (SCB) were selected as the transducers and were used to design two ignition components of electric primer devices. The constant current sensitivity experiment, 1A1W5min experiment and infrared thermometric experiment were used to study the safety performance of the two kinds of samples. In addition, the capacitance discharge experiment was used to study the electrical exploding performance. Major conclusions were summarized as follows:

    (1) The results of the constant current sensitivity experiment showed that the safety current of the sample A and B were bigger than the bridgewire electric primer. In addition, the safety current of sample A was bigger than sample B so the safety performance of sample A was better.

    (2) Sample A could pass the 1A1W5min experiment. The LTNR in sample B changed after the 1A1W5min experiment but the resistance of sample B didn’t change. These results showed that sample A had better safety. The results of the infrared thermometric experiment showed that under the constant current excitation, the safety of sample A was better than sample B.

    (3) The comparison between the electrical exploding performance of the sample A which passed the 1A1W5min experiment and the sample A which didn’t do the 1A1W5min experiment showed that 1A1W5min experiment had little influence on sample A.
