摘要介孔纳米硅球是一种新型的纳米有序介孔材料,它具有比表面积大,孔道大小可调节,排序均匀,有良好的生物相容性等优点,它可以被填入不同的小分子并制成不同响应的探针,在构建胞内生物转运平台上表现出了巨大的发展潜力。本次研究的一系列工作包括用改良的溶胶-凝胶法合成介孔纳米硅球并将其中填入荧光剂,黑洞猝灭剂并用DNA序列作为门控,制备成了DNA响应的对CEA,PSA等肿瘤标志物具有特异性响应的分子探针。最后,本次实验还对该探针的性能做了研究,对该探针的发展和改进提出了一系列建议。

Title Research on the synthesis of mesoporous silica nanoparticles and the controlled release of fluorochrome
Abstract
Mesoporous silica nanoparticles is a new kind of ordered mesoporous nanoscale materials. Due to its characteristics of having great specific surface area, size-adjustable and well ordered pore,and good biocompatibility, it can be filled with different small molecules and be made into probe with perse specific response, which shows great potential in the establishment of intracellular biological operation platform. This research included the synthesis of Mesoporous silica nanoparticles through modified sol-gel method, filling it with fluorochrome as well as BHQ-1 carboxylic acid the and then using the homologous DNA as the gating. Finally we got pore responses to CEA, PSA and other tumor marker. Then i researched on the performance of the probe. Based on the research, I gave some advice on the development and improvement of the probe.
