摘要本系列实验的目的是合成一系列的8-取代1-(2,3,6,7-四氢苯并[1,2-b:4,5-b’]二呋喃-4-取代)-2-氨基烷烃,并且在二杆药物辨别实验中让受过训练的老鼠来辨别生理盐水与LSD酒石酸盐(0.08mg/kg),从而评估药物的活性。需要利用功能化的四氢苯并二呋喃来代替含芳香甲氧基的受限的生物电子等排体的致幻剂,而我所做的就是完成目标步骤中的第三步也就是中间3,6,7-四氢苯并[1,2-b:4,5-b’]二呋喃的制备。观察苯并二呋喃衍生物的研制,可以很明显的发现,每一个目标化合物都能够从中间体2,3,6,7-四氢苯并[1,2-b:4,5-b’]二呋喃出发制备而来。据报道,这种纯的氯杀鼠灵(coumaran)是难以合成出来的,而现有的文献资料方法虽然只包含三个步骤,但是仍不可取,因为用这种方法得到的中间体2,3,6,7-四氢苯并[1,2-b:4,5-b’]二呋喃的总产量很少。因此,本实验的目标是用改进的方法来合成该中间体并以此来作为构建一系列(四氢苯并二呋喃基)苯乙胺衍生物的起点。47761

Abstract
The purpose of this series of experiments is to synthesize a series of 8-substituted 1- (2,3,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo [1,2-b: 4,5-b '] difuran-4-substituted) - 2-amino-alkanes,And let the trained rats in the second lever drug discrimination experiments to identify saline and LSD tartrate (0.08mg / kg),so as to assess the activity of the drug which need to use the features of tetrahydrobenzo difuran instead restricted with aromatic methoxy group of bioisosteres body (phenyl alkyl amines of type 1 and type 2) of hallucinogens.And what I did was to achieve targets in the third step which is the intermediate step 2,3,6,7- tetrahydrobenzo [1,2-b: 4,5-b'] difuran prepared.
Observation Development benzodiazepine furan derivatives, can be very significant discovery, each target compound can be from Intermediate 2,3,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo [1,2-b: 4,5-b '] difuran prepared from starting. According to reports, this pure chlorine Warfarin (coumaran) is difficult to synthesize out, while the existing methods, although the literature contains only three steps, but still desirable, because in this way the resulting intermediate 2,3,6,7- tetrahydrobenzo [1,2-b: 4,5-b'] difuran total yield little. Thus, the goal of the experiment was the synthesis method of Intermediate improvement as a starting point to build a series of (tetrahydro-benzodiazepine-furanyl) phenethyl amine derivative.
This paper describes 1-bromo -2 (ω- chloroalkyl) benzene, benzocyclobutene, indan, n-butyllithium, THF to obtain a high yield of the intermediate 2,3,6,7-tetrahydrobenzene and [1,2-b: 4,5-b'] difuran.
