摘 要噻咯及其衍生物具有优良的各项光电性能,如高电子亲和力和高电子迁移率,因而备受关注。本论文设计由一种新型的苯并二噻咯功能单体来制备与表征了一系列苯并二噻咯构筑的新型D-A型共轭聚合物。
(1)设计、合成与表征了一系列由苯并二噻咯功能单体和二噻吩苯并噻二唑衍生物构筑的D-A型共轭聚合物。该系列聚合物热稳定性良好,溶于氯仿。与经典的苯并二噻吩类共轭聚合物相比较,该系列聚合物在蓝紫光区域有更高效率的吸收。
(2)将经典的苯并二噻吩供电单体按不同比例引入上述聚合物中,得到一组由苯并二噻咯功能单体、苯并二噻吩功能单体和二噻吩苯并噻二唑衍生物构筑的D-A型共轭聚合物。该系列聚合物的蓝紫光吸收效率可以由苯并二噻咯功能单体和苯并二噻吩功能单体的比例进行调控,得到性能更加优异的新型D-A型共轭聚合物。47684

Abstract
Silole derivative become more and more attractive because of its excellent properties, such as good electron affinity and high electric migration rate. In this article, The molecular frontier orbitals of a series of Aromatic-Fused-Disilole, including benzo[b]disilole, been analyzed. Furthermore, a series of novel benzo[b]disilole containing D-A type conjugated polymer was fabricated and characterized.
(1) A series of benzo[b]disilole functional block and 4,7-Dithiony-2,1,3-benzonthiodizole(DTBT) containing D-A type conjugated polymers(P1/1-P1/3) which behave good property in thermal stability and chloroform solubility, were fabricated. In comparison with the typical Benzo[b]dithiophene containing conjugated polymers, P1/1-P1/3 behave more efficient in UV-vis absorbance from 300 nm to 450 nm.
(2) P1/1-P1/3 polymers’ Electron-Donor blocks were tunable via the typical Electron-Donor blocks 7,8-DiThionyl-2,5-benzo[b:1,2-b’:4,5]dithiophene(DTBDT) bring in of different ratio. Based on this method, a series of benzo[b]disilole and DTBDT, as Electron-Donor blocks, containing D-A type conjugated polymer (P2/1-P2/5) were fabricated. The absorbance from 300 nm to 450 nm of P2/1-P2/5 can be easily controlled via changing different ratio of the two Electron-Donor co-blocks, till a new series of high performance D-A type conjugated polymers were fabricated.
