摘要Metatacarboline A是从mycena metata 的子实体中分离得到的一种metatacarbolines。同时,它属于一种β-咔啉类生物碱。β-咔啉类生物碱,是吲哚类生物碱中非常重要的一类,它是由吲哚并吡啶构成的三环体系,结构简单,数量众多。主要分布于植物、海洋生物、蓝藻、蘑菇、动物(如非洲蛙),甚至人体的组织、血液中。这类生物碱种类繁多,生物活性广泛,如抗肿瘤活性、杀虫活性、抑菌活性、抗氧化活性、抗病毒活性、抗抑郁活性等等。该类生物碱可从植物、海洋和其他生物中提取得到。由于自然界中含量较低,因此通过化学合成方法得到Metatacarboline A有一定的意义。本研究将采用化学合成方法,以色氨酸为原料制备Metatacarboline A 。46662
Abstract
Metatacarboline A is a kind of metatacarbolines which is was isolated from the fruiting body of mycena metata. At the same time,it is a kind of beta carboline alkaloids. Beta carboline alkaloids, are an important class of indole alkaloids, which is composed of three ring system of trypoline, which has simple structure and large number. These carboline alkaloids is distributed in the plants, marine organisms, cyanobacteria, mushrooms, animal (such as Africa frog), and even human tissue, blood. This alkaloid is variety, has extensive biological activities, such as antitumor activity, insecticidal activity, antibacterial activity, antioxidant activity, antiviral activity, antidepressant activity etc. The alkaloids can be extracted from plants, marine and other organisms. The nature of content is relatively low, so the chemical synthesis method of Metatacarboline A has certain significance.
