摘要:本课题通过建立灵敏度高、准确度高、重复性和重现性好的检测方法,对饵料中不同的重金属进行前处理和含量测量。分析方法的有效性和准确性和重金属在前处理中解决流失问题是设计该课题非常重要的基础,样品前处理和仪器分析是建立分析方法的两大内容。本课题采用饵料粉碎、微波消解、赶酸(恒温消解)、定容等对饵料进行前处理,通过电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICPMS)测定饵料中的重金属。同时,对国家饲料卫生标准(GB13078—2001)进行检测,数据符合标准要求,说明建立的分析方法完全适用于该课题。在建立的分析方法基础上,选取饵料中10种重金属进行测定。其中对测汞的前处理方法进行了反复优化。43484

Determination of heavy metals in fish bait
Abstract: This study is mainly to the determination of trace heavy metals in fish bait, analyzing the results when the accuracy of the data is improved. in order to make the data become more accurate and sure the reliability of the experimental data after , the study tests high-spiked sample and low-spiked sample again and again. After that ,the study focus on finding the method to determine the mercury. Microwave digestion is used in pretreatment, and ICP-MS is used to measure the samples. In the process of preliminary experiment, the results of some elements is lower than it used to be, the study made it out with diluting the samples to adjust to the standard curve. At last, study gets a more perfect experiment process ,then measured all the heavy mental in the same way.
