摘要应用Design-Expert软件Box-Behnken响应面法设计硫脲、乌洛托品、二元共聚、BTA缓蚀剂配方,采用旋转挂片法和重量法研究四种单一缓蚀剂及它们的复合配方在1MHCl条件下对钢、铜的缓蚀性能,并通过电化学极化法中的塔菲尔极化曲线探讨缓蚀剂配方的缓蚀类型。研究结果表明,复合缓蚀剂硫脲、乌洛托品、二元共聚、BTA的最佳配方浓度分别为60 mg/L、194 mg/L、193 mg/L、100 mg/L;缓蚀剂溶液的缓蚀类型以阴极抑制型为主;在清洗钢铜混合材料时,易出现镀铜现象,自腐蚀电流密度差越大,镀铜现象越不明显。43198

Title Study on the development of high efficient corrosion inhibitor for steel
and copper in acid condition
Abstract
Using the Box-Behnken response surface method of Design-Expert soft designs inhibitor formulation of thiourea, urotropine, binary copolymerization and BTA , adopting rotation hanging plate method and gravimetric method study four single corrosion inhibitor and their compound formula of corrosion inhibition performance for steel, copper in 1MHCl conditions,and probing into the corrosion inhibitor formula of corrosion types through the Tafel curves of electrochemical polarization method.Research result shows that the composite corrosion inhibition agent thiourea, urotropine, binary copolymerization and BTA in the optimum formula of the concentration of 60 mg/L, 194 mg/L, 193 mg/L, 100 mg/L respectively;the corrosion types of corrosion inhibitor solution are based on cathodic inhibition type;when cleaning steel mixed copper material,it Prones to the copper plating phenomenon,if the corrosion current density difference is large, the copper plating phenomenon is not abvious.
