摘要环糊精因具有能够包合适当大小分子的疏水空腔,是一种常用的药物材料和分析材料。由于未改性的环糊精的性质已经不能满足现在生产的需要,人们越来越重视改性后的环糊精。近几年,改性后的环糊精应用于药物缓释是一个研究热点,因为改性环糊精可以通过主客体作用形成分子阀门,并且通过外界相应的刺激,可以将分子阀门打开,被装载的药物通过分子阀门释放出来。偶氮苯化合物可以发生紫外响应,可以将偶氮苯化合物用于环糊精改性。42547
本课题基于β-环糊精和偶氮苯,经过六步反应,合成了一种紫外响应的纳米容器,并通过1H NMR,13C NMR和MS等测试方法对所得产物进行表征。

Title Preparation and Characterization of derivatives of cyclodextrins and azobenzene
Abstract
Cyclodextrin is a common drug and analysis materials , which has hydrophobic cavity to package the appropriate size of molecule .The properties of basic structure of cyclodextrins has been unable to meet the needs of production ,now scientists pay more and more attention to the modified cyclodexrein .Cyclodextrin applied in drug-delivery is a research hotspot in recent years ,cyclodextrin derivatives can be formed molecular valve through subject guest interaction,the molecular valve open through the corresponding stimulation,release loaded drug molecules by molecular valves. Azobenzene compound can occur in response to UV, azobenzene compound may be used for modified cyclodextrins.
In this paper,based on β-cyclodextrins and azobenzene, through a six-step reaction, synthesized a UV responsive nano-container, and by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS for the obtained products were characterized.
