摘要:为了提高钢铁基材的耐腐蚀性、提高基材与表面涂覆层之间的结合力或改善制件的耐磨等性质,磷化处理是钢铁在使用前的一个基本处理过程。本文主要研究了高温锌磷化、中温锌磷化、低温锌磷化配方,通过控制温度、时间、组成,分别研究出了高温、中温、低温锌磷化配方中最优选的工作参数,并对优选的配方进行对比,通过能耗、环保、膜的质量等评估,对不同系列的锌磷化工艺进行了综合比较。结果表明:在低温磷化配方中磷酸 5mL/L;硝酸钠0.3g/L 磷酸二氢锌 60g/L;硝酸锌 80g/L,温度控制在60 0C时间为15分钟为最佳。此磷化液具有镀液稳定、反应快、磷化膜抗腐蚀能力强的优点。41833

Study on the formula of zinc phosphating
Abstract:In order to improve the corrosion resistance of the steel substrate and improve the bonding strength between the substrate and the surface coating layer or to improve the wear resistance of the parts, phosphating treatment is a basic process of iron and steel before use. In this paper, we mainly study the high temperature zinc phosphating, medium temperature zinc phosphating, low temperature zinc phosphating formula, by controlling the temperature, time, we studied the working parameters of the high temperature, medium temperature, low temperature zinc phosphating formula in the optimization, and the optimum formulation were compared, by evaluating the energy consumption, environmental protection, film quality and of different series of zinc phosphating process were compared. The results show that in the low temperature phosphating 5ml / L phosphate; sodium nitrate 0.3 g / L phosphate dibasic zinc 60g / L; zinc nitrate 80g / L; temperature control for 15 minutes at a time of 60 0C. The phosphating solution has the advantages of stable plating solution, quick reaction, strong corrosion resistance of the phosphating film.
