摘要:本篇论文主要着重于研究涤纶填充纤文行业中的非硅整理剂的开发与应用。有针对性的选择了部分非硅表面活性剂在不同比例下复配对纤文进行浸泡处理,从比电阻、滑爽性、柔软性、蓬松性、回弹性等方面与含硅的表面活性剂复配处理过的涤纶填充纤文进行对比分析,从分析以研究非硅整理剂对其涤纶填充纤文的影响以及其复配后的应用。本次实验是在传统有机硅整理剂的基础上,对非硅整理剂进行开发,用非硅整理剂处理涤纶填充纤文,然后与经过有机硅油剂处理后涤纶填充纤文进行对比,让其性能无限接近于有机硅处理后的填充纤文,其目的是开发出一种环保无污染专用于涤纶填充纤文非硅整理剂取代硅油剂在填充纤文的应用,将解决油剂的出口问题,对环境做出贡献。41271
硅油剂不仅会给环境带来硅污染,而且使涤纶填充纤文的一些性能下降。硅油出口受限制,越来越多的公司出口都要求非硅油剂。当今,填充纤文产品在生活中经常用到,主要应用在床上用品,枕头,被子,毛绒玩具,沙发,羽绒服等产品中,经常与人体皮肤接触,硅油类油剂容易黏在皮肤上,对皮肤有害,且现在市场上的硅油剂存在很多质量问题,所以非硅油剂的开发可以解决这些问题。
实验结果表明油剂配比对纤文性能有一定的影响,经过多次试验,得出最好的非硅油剂配比,非硅油剂XP 02_007/1+3696(65:35)各项性能接近与硅油试剂,开发出的非硅油剂将取代一些硅油试剂在家纺中的应用,为企业解决了环保和油剂出口受限制的问题。

Polyester fiberfill development and application of non-silicon finishing agent
Abstract:This paper mainly focuses on the research, development and application of fiber-filled polyester industry in a non-silicon finishing agent. Targeted selection of some non-silicone surfactants paired in different proportions fiber soaking treatment, from the specific resistance, smoothness, softness, bulkiness, resilience, etc. with a silicon-containing surfactant complex the treated polyester fiberfill comparative analysis, from analysis to study the non-silicone finishing agent affect its polyester fiber and the application of its complex after filling. The experiment is based on the traditional silicone finishing agent, the non-silicone finishing agent for development, with a non-silicone finishing agent processing polyester fiberfill, and then after the organic silicone-treated polyester fiberfill comparing performance allowed unlimited close to the silicone treated fiberfill, the aim is to develop a non-polluting dedicated to the non-silicone polyester fiberfill finishes substituted silicone agent in the application of fiber-filled, will solve the problem of the export of oil, making the environment contribution.
Silicone agent will not only pollute the environment silicon, but also some performance polyester fiber-filled decline. Silicone oil export restricted, more and more companies are required to export non-silicone agent. Today, fiberfill products are often used in life, mainly used in bedding, pillows, quilts, stuffed toys, sofas, jackets and other products, often in contact with human skin, silicone oils oil easily stick on the skin, harmful to the skin, and now there are many quality silicone agent on the market, so the development of non-silicone agents can solve these problems.
Experimental results show that the ratio of oil have a certain impact on the fiber properties, after many tests, obtained the best non-silicone agent ratio, non-silicone agent XP 02_007 / 1 + 3696 (65:35) and the performance close silicone reagent, the development of non-silicone agent will replace some silicone reagents in the textile, for enterprises to solve the problem of environmental protection and oil exports restricted.
