    设计总说明:本次污水处理厂设计污水日处理流量为5万m3/d,污水进水水质:CODcr:320mg/L;BOD5:170mg/L;SS:330mg/L;TN:65mg/L;NH3-N:50mg/L;TP:6mg/L。36738
    经过处理后的废水水质满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)二级排放标准,COD≤100mg/L;BOD5≤30mg/L;SS≤30mg/L;NH3-N≤25mg/L;TP≤2mg/L,TN≤2mg/L。
    根据设计要求,氮磷含量在此次污水进水水质中偏高,在去除有机物的同时还需对其进行脱氮除磷,所以对污水处理和各种生物过程研究和对比后,最终用SBR序列间歇式活性污泥法来处理。SBR工艺相比传统的活性污泥法而言,既能满足要求使污水达到处理排放的要求,又能合理地降低处理费用,适合中小型污水处理厂的实施。
    本工艺设计的主要构筑物有格栅、曝气沉砂池、SBR池、污泥浓缩池等。设置格栅使污水中较大的悬浮物被保留;沉降在含有有机物质小于5%的曝气沉砂池,以确保后续加工的结构物的正常运行;接触消毒池是通过加药剂来杀死处理之后的污水中的病原性微生物;设置浓缩池是使剩余污泥含较少的水含量,减少污泥的体积处理,并减少污泥外运的成本。在本次工艺设计中,污水经过提升泵房提升后,为了节约能耗以及方便管理,污水的整个处理过程是通过重力流完成的。
    本设计书的主要内容为设计资料、污水处理工艺的选择,对构筑物(包括中细格栅、曝气沉砂池、SBR生物反应池、接触消毒池、污泥浓缩池)主要尺寸的设计计算和设备的选型、水力损失及管路计算,污水厂平面布置及工程技术经济的分析;并完成设计工艺说明、工艺流程图(含高程布置)、厂区平面布置图和主体构筑物图的绘制。
    此次工艺设计具有技术上可行、经济上合理的效果。投资费用约为3042万元,每吨水的处理费用为0.58元。设计的整个工艺流程简单、有效利用占地面积,能耗低、运行稳定、二次污染少等优点确保废水处理达标排放。
    经过使用SBR法处理后,为保证出水水质能满足二级排放标准,所以此次污水的处理效率能达到:COD:70.3%;BOD5:83.5%;SS:91.5%;NH3-N:52%;TP:70%;TN:72.3%,符合预期的处理要求。

    Design of SBR treatment process for City Sewage

    NH3-N≤50mg/L,TP≤6mg/L.The treated water is excepted to achieve the effluence standard in the country, which is as following: COD≤100mg/L ,BOD≤30mg/L, SS≤30mg/L, NH3-N≤25mg/L, TP≤2mg/L according to the《Municipal wastewater treatment plant emission standards(GB 18918-2002).
    According to design requirements, high nitrogen and phosphorus content of the feed water quality, the removal of organic matter is also required denitrification and phosphorus removal process.Compared with the all sorts of biological treatment process based on the information of sewage,I decide to use SBR sequencing batch activated sludge process.In terms of conventional activated sludge, it can not only remove organic matter but also removal nitrogen & phosphorus to meet the emission standards of sewage,which is suitabled for the implementation of small and medium sized sewage treatment plants.
    Bar screen, aerated grit chamber, sbr biological pond,contact disinfection pooland sludge thickener are the main structures in the design. The bar screen is used to prevent the large suspended substance and floater from the flow.Aerated grit chamber in the desilting contains organic matter content below 5%, to ensure the normal operation of the subsequent processing structures.Contacts disinfection tank sewage treatment by adding agents to kill the pathogenic microorganisms.Sludge thickener can reduce the moisture content of the remaining sludge and the volume of sludge so as to dispose it conveniently later.In the design, in order to facilitate the operation and management easily, the entire process of sewage treatment is completed by gravity flow after an upgrade with a water pump, which avoids sewage from repeated upgrading.
