摘要:尽管目前国外已有相关美白剂复配的报道,但对复配后协同效应的研究则鲜有报道。本课题通过三种美白剂的复配,同时加入绿色组分和纳米材料,根据美白功效,找到最佳配方。按照课题要求,本实验考虑日光因素,选用天然芦荟胶,并加入红花提取液和白芷提取液,还尝试了纳米氧化锌的效果;而对于复配,本实验选用的是曲酸双棕榈酸酯、甘草提取液和熊果苷的复配,来代替单一的熊果苷,其美白效果有了显著的提高。纳米材料也因为其独特的功效,在本实验中有了一定的可取性。根据实验结果,配比1是抑制效果最好的配方,而优化2美白剂的抑制率达到了最高,本课题中最佳的美白剂配方是:十八醇12%,甘油15%,异丙醇5%,三乙醇胺0.5%,表面活性剂44%,防腐剂1%,香精0.5%,白芷提取液4%,红花提取液4%,芦荟胶2%,熊果苷3%,纳米氧化锌2%,曲酸双棕榈酸酯4%,甘草提取物3%。35686

Study on Application of green whitening agent in cosmetics
Abstract:Although the existing foreign related whitening compound reported, but research on compound synergistic effect is rarely reported. Through the combination of three kinds of whitening agents, we also add the green component and nano material, according to whitening effect, find the best formula.In accordance with the requirements of the subject, this study consider daylight factor, selection of natural aloe vera gel,adding safflower extract and Radix Angelicae extract,the effect of nanometer zinc oxide was also attempted;and for the compound, the selected compound is kojic dipalmitate, licorice extract and arbutin, instead of a single arbutin,it’s whitening effect has been significantly improved.Because of its unique effect,in this experiment nano material has some merit.According to the experimental results, the best formula is 1, while the inhibition rate of the optimized 2 whitening agent is the highest, and the best whitening agent formula is:Octadecyl alcohol 12%, 15% glycerol, 5% isopropyl alcohol, triethanolamine 0.5%,Surfactant 44%, preservatives 1%, 0.5% essence, dahurian angelica root extract liquid 4%, safflower extract liquid 4%, aloe vera gel 2%, arbutin 3%, 2% of nano ZnO, Kojic dipalmitate 4%,licorice extract 3%.
