摘要细水雾由于安全、灭火迅速、耗水量小等优点被作为卤代烷系列灭火剂的主要替代品,而对其特性参数的研究具有重要意义。动量参数是其特性参数之一,因此本文对其速度场的测量进行了研究。在全场测速技术中,DPIV技术因其无干扰、瞬态、全场测量、实现成本低等特点已经成为一种极为重要的流场全场测速技术。DPIV算法主要有自相关和互相关两种算法。本论文采用基于FFT的互相关算法,并通过matlab7.7.0实现该算法。通过与改进的互相关算法进行比较,证明了该算法的优越性。平移试验,旋转试验及亚像素拟合试验的结果进一步证明了该算法具有较好的准确度和精确度。作者用此算法对细水雾雾场的速度进行了测量,通过对实验结果分析得出:当喷射压力越大时,雾滴的速度越大。在通风条件下,喷射压力越大,雾场的雾化效果越好,雾滴的尺寸越小,雾滴速度受气流的影响越大。当风速越大时,雾滴在水平方向的分速度越大,而在竖直方向的分速度基本不变,从而雾滴的总速度增加。5937

Title Velocimetry Measurement of Water Mist Based on
Digital Particle Image Velocimetry
Abstract
Due to security, quick fire suppression, less water usage in its merit, water mist is regard as the main alternatives to the Halon extinguishing agent. So the study on its characteristics parameter is significant. As the momentum parameter is one of the characteristics parameter, the mean of velocimetry measurement is studied in this paper. Digital Particle Image Velocimetry has become an extremely important measurement technology because of non-interference, instantaneous, low cost. The algorithm of DPIV mainly includes autocorrelation and cross correlation. The paper selects cross-correlation algorithm based on FFT and realizes the algorithm by Matlab7.7.0. By comparing with improved algorithm, it is proved to be better. The results of translation test, rotation test and the sub-pixel fit test further show that the algorithm has good accuracy and precision. The author uses the algorithm to measure velocimetry of the water mist and analyzes the experimental data. The conclusion can be that:
the velocimetry of water mist increases as the increase of injection pressure. Under ventilation condition, the higher the injection pressure is, the better atomization effect will be and the smaller the droplet size is. Then the air flow will have greater impact on droplet speed; The higher the wind speed is, the heavier the sub-component velocity of droplet in the horizontal direction will be when the sub-component velocity of droplet in the vertical direction remains unchanged. Thus the total speed of droplet will increase.
