摘要:阐述了以次磷酸钠为还原剂的酸性化学镀Ni-P合金镀液中各组份及操作条件等因素对其在钢铁表面上镍-磷合金沉积时的速率的影响。采用单因素试验的方法,通过控制变量的方法,分别研究了化学镀Ni-P合金镀液中主盐、还原剂、络合剂、缓冲剂、稳定剂、光亮剂等组份及工艺条件(温度、pH)等因素对其在钢铁表面上的镍沉积时的沉积速率影响,得到最佳工艺的组成为:751水合硫酸镍30g/L;一水次磷酸钠35g/L;乳酸12g/L;;丙二酸8g/L;乙酸钠16g/L;硫脲2.5mg/L;乙酸铅1mg/L;pH值3.8~4.0;温度85℃。该工艺的镀速达到了19.82μm/h。并能获二级光亮度的镀层外观,镀层的附着强度良好。29738

Study on chemical plating deposition rate of Ni-P on the steel surface
Abstract :It expounds that the sodium phosphate as the reducing agent as a condition of acidic electroless Ni - P alloy plating solution components and operating conditions on the nickel phosphorus alloy deposits on steel surface rate. Adopting the method of single factor experiment, through the control variable, the method of electroless Ni - P alloy plating solution was studied in the primary salt, reducing agent, coordination agent, buffer and stabilizer, brightener and other components and process conditions (temperature, pH), and other factors on the nickel deposition on steel surface deposition rate influence, thereby gaining a relatively fast deposition rate of electroless plating nickel process, and in this process took the bright nickel phosphorus alloy plating coating. The deposition rate is determined by weighing method. The gloss level of coating is determined by visual method. Bending test for determining the coating adhesion strength is qualified. The best formula was showed: hexahyd rate nickel sulfate 30 g/L; Monohydrate sodium hypophosphite 35 g/L; lactic acid12 g/L; malonic acid 8 g/L; sodium acetate 16 g/L; sulfocarbamide 2.5 mL; Lead acetate 1 ml; pH 3.8 to 4.0; temperature of 85 ℃. It's plating velocity to 19.82μm/h and the appearance of secondary sexual light good adhesion strength of coating.
