摘要本文研究得到较佳干燥工艺下制备粉状PDMDAAC的条件。采用特征黏度为1.76dL/g,单体转化率为95.77%的PDMDAAC胶体为原料,考察程序升温、程序降温和恒温干燥三种方式对干燥产物特征黏度和转化率的影响。然后选择较佳的干燥操作程序,以干粉的特征黏度、转化率和溶解时间为考察指标,单因素探索胶体颗粒大小、干燥后期温度、干燥初始温度、干燥时间的影响,得到较佳的干燥工艺条件。结果表明:以1.76dL/g,单体转化率为95.77%的PDMDAAC胶体为原料,选择程序升温的方式,在60℃下干燥0.5h,然后在90℃下干燥1.5h,可以得到特征黏度为2.34dL/g,转化率为98.36%,溶解时间小于10min的PDMDAAC干粉。并在此基础上,以特征黏度值范围从0.98dL/g到2.91dL/g的PDMDAAC胶体为原料,获得了特征黏度值范围从1.41dL/g到3.22dL/g的5个系列的PDMDAAC干粉。本次研究为下一步改进PDMDAAC干粉制备工艺,使其走向工业化应用打下了一定基础。28430

Title Study of preparation process of PDMDAAC powder
Abstract
The conditions of Powdered poly—dimethyldiallylammonium chloride (PDMDAAC) powder under the better drying process, were researched in the paper. Using the PDMDAAC as raw material, of which the intrinsic viscosity was 1.76dL/g, and the monomer conversion was 95.77%, the affection of three ways such as programmed temperature, programmed cooling and constant temperature drying ways on the intrinsic viscosity and conversion rate of the dried product were studied. Based on the optimum drying conditions, considering the intrinsic viscosity, conversion, dissolution time as indexes, the particle size of gel, drying temperature, initial drying temperature, and drying time were investigated respectively to get optimum drying process conditions. The result showed, using the PDMDAAC as raw material, of which the intrinsic viscosity was 1.76dL/g, and the monomer conversion was 95.77%,by using the way of programmed temperature, drying gel at 60 ℃ for 0.5h, then at 90 ℃ for 1.5h, the dry powder of which the intrinsic viscosity was 2.34dL/g, the conversion rate was 98.36% of PDMDAAC could be obtained, while the dissolution time of it was less than 10min. Based on that,then using the PDMDAAC as raw material,of which the intrinsic viscosity values ranged from 0.98dL/ g to 2.91dL/g,could obtain five series of PDMDAAC powder, of which the viscosity values ranged from 1.41dL/g to 3.22dL/g.These studies provided a well basis for further improvement in the preparation of PDMDAAC powder in industrial application.
