摘要随着微纳卫星快速的发展,对用于其位置保持和轨道控制的微推力器技术受到越来越多的关注。本文主要研究了微推力器用纳米铝热剂的制备、微尺度装药方法、微尺度下纳米铝热剂的燃烧性能及测试方法,并进行微管径向温度分布的仿真模拟。26736
在充分了解纳米铝热剂的制备方法的基础上,采用超声共混法制备合成纳米铝热剂CuO/Al/NC。选用三种内径的石英玻璃管,采用干法装药,相同条件下平行装药三次,以减少实验误差。采用激光点火技术并借助高速摄影,研究CuO/Al/NC在微细石英玻璃管内的燃烧现象,分析了NC含量、微管内径及CuO粒径大小对微管中装药的燃烧性能的影响。研究表明,纳米铝热剂CuO/Al/NC最优NC含量为2.5%,最佳微管内径1.5mm,本实验所选择的CuO粒径对铝热剂燃烧现象影响不大。
利用ANSYS软件对微管装药点火时微管管壁温度分布进行仿真模拟,分析不同内径对微管传热的影响。研究表明,随着微管内径的增大,壁面热损失越小。

Title The preparation and study on combustion performance of nanothermite in microtubule
Abstract
With the rapid development of nano-satellite technology, micro-thruster has been attracted more and more attention. It can be used for station keeping of nano-satellite. The paper aims to explore the preparation of nanothermite,which is used on micro-thruster. The microscale charge method,the combustion performance of nanothermite in microscale and testing method were studied. And the temperature distribution orient the radial of micro tube was simulated.
The nanothermite of CuO/Al/NC was prepared by ultrasonic mixing. Dry charging method was used and it was charged three times in parallel so as to reduce the experimental errors. With the aid of laser ignition and High Speed Photography, combustion phenomenon of nanothermite CuO/Al/NC in micro quartz glass tube was conducted. The effect of NC content, microtube diameter and CuO particle size on the combustion process of charge were obtained. The results showed that when NC content was 2.5% and microtube diameter was 1mm, the combustion performance of the nanothermite CuO/Al/NC was the best. CuO particle sizes which were chosen have little effect on the thermite combustion performance.
ANSYS software was used to simulate the temperature distribution in tube wall during the combustion process. The effects of the diameters on heat conducting were analysed. It showed that with the increase of micro-tube diameter, the wall heat loss got smaller
