    摘要:香兰素是一种重要的香料,在食品添加剂方面具有重要意义,目前,国内外都将香兰素合成作为研究热点之一。由于以愈创木酚为原料制备香兰素的工艺拥有原料充足、成本较低等优点,更是人们研究的焦点,具有良好的前景。本文主要对以愈创木酚与乙二醛为原料的香兰素合成工艺进行了研究,考察了原料配比、反应时间、反应温度、pH值等因素对中间产物二醇及香兰素产率的影响,并通过高效液相色谱对所得粗产品进行分析,再用核磁共振波谱仪对所得产物进行核磁氢谱表征,最后确定所得产物成分,并计算产率。通过多次平行对比实验对反应条件进行优化,得到制备中间产物二醇的较优条件为控制pH在11.5,反应时间为4h,反应温度为20℃,控制n(乙二醛):n(愈创木酚)=1:2.5,此时产物收率最高。制备香兰素的较优条件为控制pH在12.3,反应时间为4h,反应温度为100℃,控制n(二醇):n(五水合硫酸铜)=1:4,此时产物收率最高。本文所用的合成工艺较为新颖,和已经成熟的合成工艺不同,希望能给香兰素合成工艺提供一条新的途径。24211

    Process of synthetic vanillin
    Abstract  Vanillin is an important spice of great significance in terms of food additives present, at home and abroad are synthetic vanillin as one of the hotspots . Due to guaiacol was prepared from vanillin process has sufficient raw materials, low cost , etc., is the focus of the study , with good prospects. This paper mainly to guaiacol and vanillin glyoxal as raw materials synthesis was studied to investigate the ratio of raw materials, factors reaction time, temperature , pH value on the intermediate diol and vanillin production impact rate , obtained by the HPLC analysis of the crude product , 1HNMR characterization of the NMR spectrometer and then the product obtained , the final composition of the resulting product is determined , and the yield was calculated . Comparative experiments by multiple parallel optimization of the reaction conditions to obtain optimum preparation of the intermediate diol in a 11.5 pH controlled conditions , the reaction time was 4h, the reaction temperature was 20℃, control n ( glyoxal ): n ( more guaiacol ) = 1:2.5, the highest yield of product at this time. Optimum conditions for the preparation of vanillin in 12.3 for the control of pH , reaction time was 4h, the reaction temperature is 100℃, control n ( glycol ): n ( copper sulfate pentahydrate ) = 1:4 , then the highest product yield . As used herein, the synthesis of different processes are more innovative, and have a mature synthesis process, I hope to give vanillin synthesis process provides a new way.
