摘要: 聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)具有机械性能优良的特点;化学性能稳定的特点;耐热性优越的特点;本文利用非溶剂相分离法(NIPS)制备PVDF平板膜,研究了铸膜液组成和制备条件对聚偏氟乙烯的结构和性能的影响,还研究了改性条件对聚偏氟乙烯膜结构性能的影响,包括醇溶液直接处理PVDF膜的方法以及氯化锂(LiCl)共混等方法对聚偏氟乙烯膜进行亲水性改性的研究。本论文得到聚偏氟乙烯膜的进行扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、平均孔径及其分布的表观测试,以及对膜的水通量、孔隙率性能测试。通过改变碱溶液的浓度、处理时间以及处理温度等因素对PVDF膜的进行亲水改性,可以有效地降低膜表面的接触角。另外,在红外谱图上,我们可以看到改性后的膜表面被引入了碳碳(C=C)双键、羟基和羧基等活性基团,这些基团对PVDF膜的进一步改性和功能化提供了基础。20155

Preparation and characterization of PVDF microporous membrane
Abstract:Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) excellent mechanical properties, chemical stability, heat resistance advantages. In this paper, by immersion precipitation phase inversion method to prepare the PVDF membrane, the effect of preparation conditions on the structure and properties of PVDF; using alcohol solution method for direct processing of PVDF film and lithium chloride (LiCl) hydrophilic modification research on PVDF membrane by blending method; this paper has scanning electron microscopy, water flux test, porosity test, DSC, average pore size characterization of polyvinylidene fluoride membrane. The polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) change of casting solution compositions (polymer blend ratio, polymer concentration, organic additives and molecular weight) and the membrane preparation process conditions (content of solvent and ethanol gel bath temperature, pre evaporation time, sol in bath) to control membrane structure. Factors such as temperature, concentration of alkali solution by changing the processing time and reaction time on the hydrophilic modification of PVDF membrane, can effectively reduce the membrane surface contact angle, from the infrared spectrum can be seen, after the surface modification of membrane was introduced into the carbon carbon double bond (C=C), hydroxyl and carboxyl groups and some other activity groups, these groups for further grafting modification of PVDF film and the function provided the conditions.
