    研究对组织公正感、工作态度的构成及两者之间的关系进行了分析,并探讨人口学变量对二者的影响。研究主要分为两部分,第一部分为国内外文献综述部分,并在相关文献基础上初步形成本文的研究构思及假设;第二部分为实证部分,即问卷研究。本文采取问卷调查的形式,以200名中国员工为样本利用SPSS17.0软件进行数据处理与分析,主要采用因子分析、信度分析、相关分析、回归分析和方差分析等方法,为本文的研究构思提供根本的依据,从量上基本上证实了构思假设,并由此得出主要结论如下:10012
    (1)    在中国文化背景下,组织公正包括分配公正、程序公正和互动公正。
    (2)    员工工作态度包括工作满意度、组织承诺和工作倦怠。
    (3)    组织公正各文度与工作满意度、组织承诺呈正相关关系。
    (4)    分配公正和互动公正与工作倦怠呈负相关关系,程序公正与工作倦怠无相关关系。
    (5)    组织公正对员工工作态度有预测影响作用。分配公正、互动公正和程序公正对工作满意度有预测作用;分配公正和互动公正对组织承诺有预测作用;分配公正对工作倦怠有预测作用。
    (6)    人口学变量对组织公正和工作态度有一定影响。

    Title    THE STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EMPLOYEE’S JUSTICE PERCEPTIONS AND WORK-RELATED ATTITUDE
    Abstract
    The research focused on the essential factors of employee's justice and work-related attitude, analyzed the relationship between them, then verified the role of demography variable. There were two parts in this study mainly, the first part was preparatory stage of theory, that was also domestic and international document summary part, on the base of reading a lot of research documents, the author first proposed basic research method and gave some hypotheses. The second part was demonstrational part, questionnaire was studied 200 Chinese employees from different enterprises were surveyed through questionnaires to test the model, those calculations were handled and analyzed on the software of SPSS17.0. The Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis and Analysis of Variance were used in this paper. The study offered basis for this paper conception, and the hypotheses were largely supported. The main results were showed as follows.
    (1) Under China cultural context, the Employee's Justice consisted of distributive justice, interactional justice and procedural justice.
    (2) Work-related Attitude contained Job Satisfaction, organizational commitment and job burnout.
    (3) The three dimensions of organizational justice were positively related with organizational commitment and job satisfaction.
    (4) The distributive justice and interactional justice were negative related with job burnout while the procedural justice was not related with job burnout.
    (5) Organizational justice can forecast the Work-related Attitude.
    (6) The demographic variables had a certain effect to organizational justice and employees’ work attitude.
