    摘要当前汽车行业竞争激烈,并且面临着全世界的资源匮乏污染严重形势下,在这严峻的形势下,为了巩固在汽车行业中的地位,长安马自达正在发展新的车型,实现减重来提高动力性能,以及跟紧节能减排的大趋势,由于减少车身的无效重量成为一个必然趋势,所以为了在不改变汽车车身性能的同时减少车身的重量我们改采用了较多的使用高强钢以及镀锌高强钢,所以白车身采用高强钢和镀锌高强钢板,对点焊质量提出了更高的性能要求。原始传统的车身焊接较少采用高强钢,在提高性能的同时,降低车身的无效重量,这就需要使用到高强钢板材(在保证强度、韧性、疲劳强度、钢性和抗冲击能力的前提下,降低板材的厚度,从而达到减少无效重量的目的。)但是存在的问题是,高强钢焊接性比较差,容易产生焊接裂纹等缺陷,对焊接工艺更加严格,国外福特及马自达的工艺并未转让到合资企业,目前缺少完整的合理的焊接工艺,急需全套焊接工艺与质量控制技术:满足新型车辆的研发与批量生产的要求,同时满足焊接工艺与质量数据库的迫切需求。68189
