摘要本文采用硅青铜+钢焊丝对铜T2和钢Q235异种金属进行双丝焊焊接试验研究。因焊丝直径都采用Ф1mm,所以铜钢的送丝比例就是焊丝的送丝速度比。焊接试验结果表明:当1.6≥Cu:Fe>1.1时,不出现裂纹;当Cu:Fe≦1.0时,焊缝易出现裂纹。且当主丝采用硅青铜焊丝,焊接电流95-105A、焊接电压范围在25-35V;辅丝采用钢焊丝,焊接电流范围在95-105A、焊接电压范围在25-30V;焊接速度40cm/min,可以获得优良的焊接接头。金相观察表明:铜-钢接头界面熔合良好,无裂纹、气孔、夹渣等缺陷,且焊缝靠近铜侧的铁较焊缝靠近钢一侧的铁含量要低些。68178

Title the Research on iron and copper metal compounds Produced by Double wire welding
Abstract
This article includes the T2 copper and steel Q235 twin wire welding dissimilar metals research process with silicon bronze + steel. Because the wire diameter are used Ф1mm, so the proportion of copper steel wire is wire feed speed ratio.When the situation goes between1.6≥Cu:Fe>1.1,we can not find cracks.When Cu:Fe≦1.0,it is easy to find cracks. And when the main thread using silicon bronze wire, welding current 95-105A, welding voltage range of 25-35. Auxiliary wire using steel wire, welding current range 95-105A, welding voltage range of 25-30V; welding speed 40cm/min. Metallographic observation showed that: copper - steel joint interface good fusion, no cracks, porosity, slag and other defects. And close to the copper side seam weld iron than the iron content of the side close to the steel to be lower.
