摘要针对熔化螺柱焊易产生气孔、裂纹、焊偏及熔合不良等缺陷提出了复合热源摩擦螺柱焊接工艺,采用WH-Vl-50型全固态超音频感应加热电源和钻床作为摩擦热源复合,解决传统熔化螺柱焊接工艺的缺点。感应热源预热工件能有效减小摩擦电机的功率,使设备轻型化,预热温度越高摩擦所提供的热能就越少,即电机所需功率越小。
在感应摩擦复合热源螺柱焊接方法探索的起步阶段,本试验中选用焊接性较好的Q235进行研究。系统地开展了板材或棒材与实心螺柱或空心螺柱的焊接试验,并研究转速,温度,保护剂等对焊接接头强度的影响。并通过金相组织分析、电镜扫描以及拉伸试验等对焊接接头的微观组织及力学性能做了分析。9050

Title Hybrid heat source friction stud welding technology research
Abstract
According to melting welding method can arose porosity, crack, partial and fusion welding defects ,steel could be welded with methods of hybrid heat resource friction stud welding, combined induction heat source WH-VI-50 Induces power with a drilling machine which works as friction power. Preheating workpiece can effectively reduce the power of the friction motor, light-duty of the welding equipment. The higher the temperature of induction heat, the less heat of friction would provide and the smaller the motor would be.
The material in use is Q235 steels for research which has good weldability. The test is about sheet or bar and studs (solid or hollow). A lot of tests have been done to research and analysis the parameters such as rotating speed ,heating temperature, protectants which effect on the strength of the welding joints. In order to analysis the welding joint microstructure,scanning electron microscopy and tensile tests have been done.
