文章通过分析零件的基本信息明确其结构框架,找出可能存在的问题并核实材料组成及性能特点;对零件铸造工艺性进行分析,针对零件结构和工艺上的问题,提出预防和改进措施。
文章明确了铸造方式,选择合适的造型方法,并提出多种分型方案,综合对比分析,选择了最理想的分型面。根据分型面确定最佳浇注位置并设计浇注系统,制定了详细的铸造工艺方案。
文章选择适宜的工艺参数设计铸件补缩系统,并使用PRO/E对模样和浇注系统进行较准确的实体建模,绘制了铸造工艺图和铸造工艺卡片。67170

Title The Sand-casting Craft Design of an Enclosed-switcher’s Outer Body
Abstract
Based on analyzing physical-chemical properties, structural properties, technic requirements, manufacturing batch and producing conditions of material ZL101-T4, the article aims to confirm the casting technique planning, technic parameters, to design casting technique blueprints, set up technic cards, and to guarantee the quality of key parts by using the part's features.
The article confirms the structure and frames via analyzing the part's basic information, finds out the probable problems and confirms the material's forming and features, analyzes the part's casting technics and puts up measures to release/avoid possible problems of parts' structural/technic problems.
The article confirms the means of casting parts, chooses the proper modeling methods, puts up various parting plans and selects the most ideal parting surfaces. Also the article confirms the most proper pouring position and designs the pouring system based on selecting parting surfaces, and sets up the detailed casting technic plans.
The article chooses the proper mechanical parameters to design the casting's feeding system. By using the PRO/E software the article accurately models the model and pouring system, and finishes the crafting of casting technic blueprints and casting technic cards.
