摘要:中国是一个发展中国家,城市化进程不断加快,带来了城市人口的持续增长,从而 使得产生的城市生活垃圾量剧增,垃圾的处理已经非常紧迫。为了城市可持续发展,必须 解决垃圾处理问题。城市生活垃圾处理方法多种,而垃圾焚烧技术具有操作简单、处理速 度快、处理量大、减容量大、高温杀菌等优点,同时可回收部分能源,对实现绿色城市发 展具有相当重要的意义和紧迫性。然而,垃圾的焚烧也产生了大量的固体废弃物,其中包 括飞灰。66279
在垃圾的焚烧处理过程中会产生 5%的飞灰,这些飞灰将会对环境产生极大危害,如 重金属污染和二噁英污染。长期以来,我国对垃圾焚烧飞灰主要采取再处理后卫生填埋的 方法。这不仅会对环境造成污染还是一种资源浪费。
在本课题中,经过文献调研和数据计算,得出了飞灰资源再利用的可行性。常州市一 座快速发展中的城市,它的城市生活垃圾处理手段丰富,其中垃圾焚烧发电技术较为完善。 因此以常州市为背景,结合飞灰作为无机物材料和城市建设的需求,得出了日产 33560 块免烧砖的方案。这不仅仅有利于环境的治理,而且垃圾焚烧飞灰可以资源化利用,也能 带来经济效益。

In this paper, through the literature research and data calculation, obtained fly ash resources reusable feasibility. Changzhou City, a rapid development of the city, its urban garbage disposal means rich, including waste incineration power generation technology is more perfect. So the city of Changzhou as the background, combined with fly ash as inorganic materials and urban construction needs, obtained Nissan 33560 pieces of unburned brick program. This is not only conducive to environmental governance, and waste incineration fly ash can be resource utilization, but also bring economic benefits.
