摘要钼是一种高性能材料,具有优异的高温力学性能、高硬度、高强度、高弹性模量,导电和导热系数很高,而热膨胀系数较低,是很有应用前景的难熔金属材料之一。但纯金属钼作为体心立方晶体结构金属,本身具有低温脆性和韧脆过渡的缺点,而且它的高温抗氧化能力和焊接性能极差,这些特点都限制了其作为结构材料的用途。经研究发现在钼中加入铼元素可以很好的改变钼的性能,形成钼铼合金。钼铼合金是具有良好的热稳定性和耐化学腐蚀性的结构材料。本论文的核心目的是研究钼铼合金的钎焊,采用 BNi8-2.4Zr 钎料焊接钼铼合金,详细介绍了钼铼合金的现有焊接方法,指明钼铼合金的研究方向,即钼铼合金的钎焊。探索钼铼合金的钎焊机理,使用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、XRD 等进行焊接式样组织的观察和分析,并利用万能测试机检测试样剪切性能,用以分析钼铼合金钎焊接头的性能,寻找最佳的钎焊参数。综合试验结果、金相分析和力学实验可知,钼铼合金钎焊过程中母材和钎料元素相互扩散,得到性能良好的焊接接头,接头晶粒分布均匀,晶粒细化,有较高的强度,但在焊缝中心处有少量化合物影响接头质量。58959

Abstract Molybdenum is a kind of high performance material, which has excellent hightemperature mechanical properties and physical properties. It is one of the refractorymetal materials with great application prospect.However the molybdenum has thecharacteristics of low temperature brittleness and brittle transition, and its hightemperature oxidation resistance and poor welding performance, which limits itsapplications as a structural material. The study found that it is effective to changemolybdenum that adding rhenium metal to form molybdenum rhenium alloy.Molybdenum rhenium alloy is structural materials with good thermal stability andresistance to chemical corrosion.The core purpose of this paper is on molybdenum rhenium alloy brazing andintroduce the molybdenum rhenium alloy existing welding method. BNi8-Zramorphous solder welds molybdenum rhenium alloy. Pointing out the researchdirection of molybdenum rhenium alloy. Exploring molybdenum rhenium alloybrazing mechanism of exploration. Microscope is used to observe the organizationand the structure of the base material. Using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) toobserve molybdenum rhenium alloy weld constituents were analyzed, the use ofuniversal testing machine testing sample shear performance. Comprehensive resultson the performance of the molybdenum rhenium alloy brazing welding head isanalyzed.Comprehensive test results, organization analysis and mechanics experiment.The molybdenum rhenium alloy is solder material and mutual diffusion brazingprocess what can get good performance of welded joint. Joint has a higher strength,but has a small amount of compounds that change the center of the weld joint quality.
