    摘要利用高温固相法合成了Ca2SnO4 :Dy3+/Er3+/Sm3+长余辉发光材料。利用X射线衍射仪分析了Ca2SnO4 物相结构,最终得到最佳烧结温度。利用荧光光谱仪研究了:Dy3+/Er3+/Sm3+离子浓度对样品发光强度的影响,结果显示:随Dy3+/Er3+/Sm3+浓度的增大,发射光谱强度先增大后减小,出现了浓度猝灭效应, Dy3+、 Er3+、 Sm3+的最佳摩尔分数分别为3%、 2%、1%。接下来研究了Ca2SnO4 :Dy3+/Er3+/Sm3+的余辉性质,通过余辉衰减曲线我们可以得出Ca2SnO4 :Dy3+/Er3+/Sm3+的余辉时间分别为91.26s,24.1s,94.41s,通过热释光谱我们得出了陷阱深度分别是0.478eV,0.615eV,0.601eV。并且还研究了共掺杂碱金属元素K+和Na+对样品余辉性能的影响:在向掺杂Er3+和Dy3+的Ca2SnO4掺杂K+和Na+,样品没有明显增强余辉时间的效果;而在向掺杂Sm3+的Ca2SnO4掺杂Na+,样品有十分明显增强余辉时间的效果。最后,在实验数据的基础上解释长余辉发光的机理。 35979
    毕业论文关键词:  Ca2SnO4 ;激发发射光谱;衰减;热释光谱 The study of spectral characteristics of Ca2SnO4 Abstract:Long afterglow luminescence materials:Ca2SnO4:Dy3+/Er3+/Sm3+ have been successfully synthesized by high temperature solid  state method. The crystal structures and intensities of the phosphors of Ca2SnO4:Dy3+/Er3+/Sm3+ samples were analyzed by means of X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and fluorescence spectrometer. The sintering temperature and the influence of Dy3+/Er3+/Sm3+ concentrations on the luminescent intensities were investigated. The results show that with the Dy3+/Er3+/Sm3+ ions concentration increased, emission spectrum intensity first increases then decreases and then the concentration quenching effect comes out. The optimized mole fraction of Dy3+/Er3+/Sm3+ is 3%, 2%, 1% respectively. Then the afterglow properties of Ca2SnO4 :Dy3+/Er3+/Sm3+ are studied: through the afterglow decay curves we can draw the afterglow time is  91.26s, 24.1s, 94.41s  respectively, and through the thermoluminescence spectrum we conclude that the trap depths are 0.478eV, 0.615eV, 0.601eV respectively. Moreover, the influences of the total of doped alkali metal elements: K+ and Na+ to the afterglow performance of the sample are studied: to the Ca2SnO4:Dy3+/Er3+, the alkali metal elements (K+ and Na+) are co-doped, the sample afterglow effect is not so remarkable but the effect of K+ is significant. At last, the mechanism of long afterglow luminescence is explained based on the experimental data.
